Britt's Philosophy
”I deeply believe that our bodies are always trying to heal themselves, but sometimes there are just too many unknown barriers that may be preventing that healing from occurring naturally on its own. My job is to help you find those barriers and correct what we can to create a new environment where your body can finally heal - completely and sustainably.”
Britt's Approach
”I start with a lot of education and specialized hands-on techniques with the goal of helping your mind and body retrain variables like posture, breathing, and using the right muscles for the right movements, in the right way. Then we gradually progress your exercise program to ensure proper movement patterns and core stability until you’re feeling confident in doing them on your own.”
Britt's Vision
“I want every person I have the privilege of working with to experience a safe place to share their story, to be empowered with the knowledge and guidance to regain a profound trust and confidence in their bodies, and to find long-lasting relief from pain and symptoms of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in order to live their fullest life.”
